Relacom Breaks New Ground in Security Solutions – Becomes Niscayah's Main Installation Services Provider
Niscayah has chosen Relacom as its partner for installation and maintenance services. The new agreement will see Relacom perform thousands of on-site assignments each year for Niscayah's corporate clients.
Until now, Niscayah's installation and preventive maintenance work has been outsourced to a number of local players. Niscayah has now chosen to take a unified approach to its field operations and so has chosen Relacom as its main provider.
Relacom will provide installation services for access control systems, security equipment, surveillance and more. It will offer the same type of set-up, routines and processes throughout Sweden and will also ensure the Niscayah brand's representation. With a presence already established in each Swedish region, Relacom will also be able to ensure fast service.
"Our requirements included that our partner should be able to take on large projects across a number of regions, as well as one-off assignments and be able to ensure the same quality and follow-up throughout. Relacom meets these requirements and will act as our partner in the field, ensuring the highest possible level of customer satisfaction," explains Per-Eric Bjurenborg, COO at Niscayah.

The new agreement will come into effect from 1 November and is an expansion of the companies' previous cooperative agreement, in which Relacom managed the installation of security solutions within smaller geographic areas.
