Relacom to Install Jula's IT

Retail chain Jula has entrusted Relacom with installing and maintaining all IT equipment in its new stores in Sweden and Norway. The agreement includes the installation of switches, routers, PCs and workstations. In addition to installation, Relacom will also provide service, so that Jula will be assured of speedy assistance from Relacom technicians at any of its stores, whenever needed. 

The agreement will see Jula stores guaranteed the same IT and service, regardless of where they are located. 

"We want to give our customers the same good service, no matter which store they visit. As we expand, we feel confident in allowing Relacom to handle our IT equipment, which will ensure that we have the same set-up nation-wide," explains Henrik Ljungdahl, CIO, Jula.
