Veikkaus outsources gaming terminal equipment replacement and repair services to Relacom Finlland Oy

Veikkaus is transferring its maintenance and repair services to Relacom Finland Oy in a transfer of business operations. Eight Veikkaus employees will be transferred to Relacom as senior employees. 

Relacom Finland Oy was chosen as a partner through a bidding process. 

-      The reason behind our decision to outsource was to ensure the continuous development of Veikkaus gaming terminal repair and replacement services using a cost-effective service model. We've already enjoyed a partnership with Relacom in replacement services.Its worldwide technician network, the response times it offers and its competitive pricing were decisive in our choosing Relacom, explains Veikkaus Chief Service Officer Erkki Mattila.

 -      Our co-operative agreement with Veikkaus further strengthens Relacom's position as one of the largest on-site maintenance and installation service providers in Finland. The expanded co-operation means that Relacom will also be responsible for central repair operations on gaming terminals throughout the country. It is our job to ensure that gaming terminals at Veikkaus' 3,200 service points all over Finland work flawlessly and that players can make their dreams come true every day, says Relacom Finland Oy Enterprise Solutions Director, Antti Siipola. 

Its national network of representatives is a cornerstone of Veikkaus gaming sales, as approximately 75% of the company's turnover comes from retailers.
